1) Do i need to need to create a Cheermeric account only can make a purchase?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However, we recommend that you set up a Cheermeric account to enjoy hassle free management of your orders, which includes saving your payment information, address details and reviewing your order history.

 

2) How do I create an account with Cheermeric?

i. Click profile logo located at top right of our store.

ii. Click "create account"

iii. Fill in your name, email address and your desired password.

 

3) What are the benefits if I having an Cheermeric account?

By having a Cheermeric account, you will enjoy a hassle free account management where organizing your payment information and address details to simplify your payment process, reviewing your order history and shipping details. You will keep updated from us with new products and promotion sales.

 

4) What shoud l do if I have forgotten my account password?

i. Click profile logo located at top right of our store.

ii. Fill in your email address. We will send you an email to reset your password.

 

5) How do I can place an order?

Steps:

i. Login to www.cheermeric.com

ii. Shop by browsing through our products page, click on product you would like to order.

iii. Select variant, select size (if applicable) and select quantity you would like to purchase.

iv. Clicking "Add to cart" button to add item to your shopping bag.

v. Review the items you have selected by clicking on the "Your Cart". To add/delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the "+" / "-" button next to the item.

vi. To finalize your purchase, click "Checkout" and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

 

6) Can I have a message card or gift wrap with my order to ship together?

We do not have gift wrapping services and message card available in this moment. 

 

7) Can I cancel or amend my order details after I placed an order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to change any of the details as we work towards fulfilling your orders as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to add or remove an item to an order or combine two separated orders together in the same shipment.

 

8) Can I amend my shipping address after I have placed an order?

To avoid any unwanted delays, we do not encourage any amendments of shipping details once order is placed. However, we may be able to amend your shipping details depending on the status of your order. In case of your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any amendments to the delivery address.

Please contact our customer service at suppor@cheermeric.com to check your order status first if you need an amendment for your shipping address.

 

9) How I know my order is confirm and proceed?

After you place an order, you will receive an email/sms (depends type of communication information you provided) order confirmation. However this does not mean your order has been accepted. We will check and verify your order, once the details have been verified and your order are accepted, we will arrange for fulfillment and shipping. You will receive a further email/sms notification once your order is dispatched.

 

10) When my order will be shipped out after I have placed an order?

Orders are processed within 3 working days. For orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.
Do expect some delays in fulfillment of orders and delivery during Public Holidays and Seasonal Sales. We shall aim to have your orders shipped out as soon as possible.
We will notifiy you via email/sms (depends type of communication information you provided) your order confirmation details and tracking number.
Please note that these are guidelines and you will be updated once the order has been shipped out.

 

11) How to track my order delivery status?

As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will send you a confirmation email/sms (depends type of communication information you provided) with a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to track your order online.

 

12) What payment methods are acceptable for your store?

i. Online Banking - Maybank 2U, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Connect, BSN Bank, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, Bank Muamalat, Bank Rakyat, HSBC Bank, Kuwait Finance House, OCBC Bank, Public Bank PBe, Standard Chartered, UOB and FPX.

ii. Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

iii. Paypal.

iv. E-Wallet - Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Shopee Pay. 

v. Buy now, pay later (BNPL), by installment payment - GrabPay Later, Atome.

 

13) Which currency is acceptable in your store?

All payments in our store are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

 

14) How I use my discount coupon in your store?

i. Select the product in product page and add the product in your shopping bag as usual.

ii. In "Check Out" page, key in the coupon code given, for example FIRST15OFF in the "Discount code" column.

 iii. Click apply.

 iv) The discount value will be deducted automatically from the original product price.

Note: The discount coupon can not use in conjuntion with sales products/promotion products.

 

15) What should I do if I received a wrong item/faulty item?

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused due to this.

If you received item is wrong item or faulty item. Please contact our customer service at suppor@cheermeric.com with the following information:

i. Your order number

ii. Details of issue

iii. Supporting images or video of the issue.

Our customer service will in touch with you on the next steps of actions.

 

16) What is your store return policy?

Malaysia: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

International Countries: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed,  with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No return on issues and situations of not suitable, not match, change of mind. 

No returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Cost of return shipping by customer.

No cancellation and amendment of order after it has been placed.

17) My personal information provided is it safe and kept confidential?

No worries, we will treat all the information you provided to us as private and confidential. We may use your contact details for update you our new products, latest promotion sale and offerings.
